Restriction on payment

In Russian if we want to pay in cash, we have to keep in mind that there is a strict rule for this issue. According to the Russian laws (the Civil code) the Central bank of the Russian Federation can establish a restriction on payment in cash between companies, between companies and entrepreneurs, and between entrepreneurs. This restriction may be established on the amount of payment.
Now this restriction is 100.000 rubles in cash in a one contract. But for the amount of cashless settlement the Russian authorities don’t have any restrictions.
